Terms and Conditions for the Visitors
  1. In order to preserve the historic architecture and control the visiting quality, the maximum capacity is 40 people only.
  2. Upon entering the Hall, please keep quiet. No food, drink, smoking, chewing beetle nuts or video shooting is allowed.
  3. Flash photography is prohibited, and do not take close shots of the displayed items.
  4. If any photography and video shooting activities are necessary, please send a written official letter stating reasons for the approval of those activities.
  5. Please temporarily turn off the cell phone, or turn on the vibrate mode to minimize disturbance to other visitors.
  6. Visitors should buy the tickets and enter the Hall at the ticket inspection gate.
  7. Visitors with free admissions should report to the service staff at the information counter before entering the Hall.
 
Group Reservation
  1. Tour guiding service is only available for tour groups. Organizations (schools) can apply for tour guiding service.
  2. The target audience of the tour guiding is the general public, organizations, schools and tour groups.
  3. In order to maintain the visiting quality, the maximum number of tour guiding is 20 people each time. Groups with over 20 people should make your own pre-arrangements on grouping. The maximum capacity at one time is 40 people only.
  4. Advance group reservations are required for all group visits. The reservation can be made via telephone, in writing or fax.
  5. Group reservation should be made with the Hall at least one week in advance and confirm the approval of your application via telephone. If there are two groups applying for the same time, the earlier application has the first priority. The other applications should rearrange the time of visit.
  6. If the group can’t be present as the reservation, please give advance notification to the Hall. Once late notification occurs, no reservation can be accepted in the future.
  7. All group visits should provide detailed information including the name of the organization, number of visitors, the identity and age of the visitors, the date of visit, estimated time of arrival and stay, contact phone number and address, the name of the cell phone number of the contact person.
